Can I upgrade my package after ordering?
Yes. If you'd like to upgrade from a 15- to a 30-second ad (or 30- to 60-second), contact us before production begins and we'll apply the difference to your new package.
What happens after I click Order?
You'll be taken to a short intake form to tell us about your business and upload your assets. Once that's complete, you sign the production agreement and pay — then we get to work.
Do I need to provide footage?
Not necessarily. We can work with photos, logos, and text if you don't have video footage. The more assets you provide, the more personalized your ad will be.
Are there any recurring fees?
No. Each package is a one-time flat fee. You own the finished video outright with no ongoing licensing or subscription costs.
